The Homefront LLC service includes:
- Home visit to go over necessary documents, discuss pricing and strategy, plus taking of digital photos for both static display as well as virtual tour implementation.
- Personal listing on our website with flash tour and printable brochure. See a sample of one of our current listings.
- Listing in Realtor MLS system with the ability to offer a commission of your choosing to agents representing buyers. In Chicagoland, this "co-broke" commission is commonly 2.5%. You are also free to sell "by owner" and pay no commission.
- Widespread internet exposure on the sites that buyers use most when searching for properties, including a "showcase listing on Realtor.com including an extensive property description and up to 25 photos. The listing will also appear on the websites of the Chicago area brokerage firms which display all listings from the MLS system, as well as a network of consumer websites, like Chicago Tribune.com, which are allowed to display listings from the MLS database.
- Includes yard sign customized to display your phone number. Upgraded post sign is available for $100.
